Dear Sir/Mdm

We refer to the sale of the abovementioned property. This is to confirm that our purchaser, has agreed to purchase to the said premises from your Vendors, at the agreed price of Singapore Dollars and subject to contract.

You have agreed to pay us a co-brokerage fee of or 50% of the commission received whichever is higher upon receipt of the marketing fee from the vendor.

In the event that the Vendor forfeits any monies from the Purchaser, you also agree that half (1/2) of the monies received by you from the Vendor shall forthwith be paid to us.
